Shipping + Returns
Currently shipping within the US only. Regular orders for in-stock items within the US ship FREE within 3 days of ordering via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, without insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Many, though not all, items are available for immediate shipment. Inquire as to those that may be immediately available, or the status of your order, by writing to us at email@example.com.
Items that are not in stock will be made and shipped within 3 weeks of ordering. Once you place your order, we will be in touch with an approximate shipping schedule. If waiting for an item to be made is not an option for you, you may cancel your order at any time once we notify you.
Our goal is for you to be very pleased with your purchase. If an item is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know immediately and we will replace it. If you need to return an item, please contact us within seven days of the date of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, reason for the return and whether you’d like to receive a full refund or store credit, and we will email you a return label.
The item must not have been washed, worn or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and literature, within 5 days of notification.
If returned for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If returned for store credit, we cover the cost of the return. Once we receive your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit, and if approved, a full refund will be made to the original form of payment, or a credit code will be emailed to you. Rather than making an exchange, please return and re-order.
Please note: We accept returns on all US orders. All international sales are final.
If you received the item as a gift and the item was marked as such when purchased by the giver, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift code will be emailed to you.
If the giver had the order shipped to themselves and did not mark the purchase as a gift, we will alert the giver and issue a refund to the giver’s original form of payment once we receive and approve the return.
